Information we use

Purchases and license support use your email address, payment identifiers, license status, and the device names you choose to provide during activation. The service also keeps essential security and operational logs.

Website analytics

We use a self-hosted, privacy-minimal analytics service to understand anonymous visits, page views, referral domains, broad country, campaign parameters, device class, and page performance. It honors browser Do Not Track, excludes URL query strings and fragments, and does not use session replay, fingerprinting, form capture, or cross-site tracking. We record a website download request when a public download link is used; this does not show whether a file finished downloading or was installed.

Why we use it

We use this information to fulfill purchases, enforce the device allowance attached to a license, recover licenses, prevent abuse, deliver product configuration, and operate the service.

Service providers

Our payment provider processes purchases. Our email provider delivers purchase and recovery messages. Hosting and download providers process the limited technical data needed to serve requests and files.

Retention and choices

Anonymous website analytics are retained for 30 days. Purchase and license records are retained while needed to provide your license and satisfy legal obligations. Short-lived recovery links expire automatically. You can deactivate active devices from the private recovery portal.
