Purchases and license support use your email address, payment identifiers, license status, and the device names you choose to provide during activation. The service also keeps essential security and operational logs.

Why we use it

We use this information to fulfill purchases, enforce the device allowance attached to a license, recover licenses, prevent abuse, deliver product configuration, and operate the service.

Service providers

Our payment provider processes purchases. Our email provider delivers purchase and recovery messages. Hosting and download providers process the limited technical data needed to serve requests and files.

Retention and choices

Purchase and license records are retained while needed to provide your license and satisfy legal obligations. Short-lived recovery links expire automatically. You can deactivate active devices from the private recovery portal.
